He runs the Label's music publisher department, responsible for finding and nurturing musical talent, holistically planning artists' careers, and supervising recording projects. Although his day-to-day duties vary based on the size and structure of the company He shapes the musical roster and release catalogue to best achieve the company's aesthetic and commercial goals. Praise Records INC (also known as Praise Records USA) is an American corporation record label founded by record producer and recording artist Praise Kusi. The label's inception came to fruition following the artist deciding to create an environment for independent Arts in the States and Africa.
